COMMUNITY YOGA CLASS 24th JUNE

The class is on a sliding scale which means you can pay what you can afford. Everyone is welcome regardless of how much money they have in the bank, their lack of experience with yoga or their fitness levels.

The idea behind the class is to create something sustainable and inclusive.

My ethos with this class is ‘trust the people and they will be trustworthy’.

If you would like to communicate anything to me that might affect your practice do feel free to let me know.

Classes are held at Forest Hill Friends Meeting House (ground floor access, all-gender toilets, bike rack outside & street parking).

Terms and Conditions:

• Please bring your own mat.
• Classes are non refundable.
• We know that life happens, in the event that something comes up and you can not attend you are required to give a minimum of 4 hour notice to transfer to a future class.
• Please arrive 5-10 mins before class starts so that we can start promptly later comers disrupt the continuity of the group.
• In the event that there are unforeseen circumstances that require the class to be canceled you will receive a full refund.
• Etiquette inside the Friends Meeting House. We are guests inside this beautiful space. Please be mindful that you turn off all taps and lights, remove shoes before entering the rooms, wash up your mugs, throw away your rubbish and double check that you have all of your belongings before you leave.
